SHIPPING POLICY
Yen Sao Kha Tam delivers nationwide in Vietnam and the United States.
- Our delivery staff will contact customers by phone to schedule a delivery time and location.
- Upon receiving the order, customers are advised to check the order and products before accepting the delivery.
When receiving the delivery, customers should note the following:
- Unpack the goods and check them carefully.
- Check if the products match the ones ordered.
- Check if the packaging and products are damaged during transportation.
- If customers are not satisfied with any of the above three items, they can ask the delivery staff to confirm and return the goods.
We will not be responsible for resolving any complaints from customers after they have accepted and paid for the goods.
SHIPPING TIME
- Within 2 hours after receiving the order, we can deliver to customers in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Delivery to provinces will take from 1-4 days depending on the delivery location.
- Delivery to the United States will take from 1-4 days depending on the delivery location.
